Deviled Eggs

  • 6 boiled eggs
  • 2 heaping tablespoons avocado mayonnaise
  • 1 heaping teaspoon organic dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons sugar free pickles (optional)
  • Paprika to taste


    Cut the eggs in half and place the yolks in a bowl.
    Place the egg white halves on a tray.
    Mash the yolks with a fork.
    Combine the mayo and mustard and mash with a fork until smooth.
    Add the pickles.
    Spoon into the egg white halves.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
