Ingredients

  • 1 steak per person
  • White and black sesame seeds
  • 2 T coconut oil

Method

    Mix the sesame seed evenly on a large piece of parchment paper , enough to
    completely cover the top, bottom, and sides of the steak.
    Cover the steaks with the seeds.
    Heat the coconut oil until sizzling.
    Sear the steaks no more than one minute on each side.
    Slice and serve as an entree’ with wasabi and pickled ginger, or over a salad.
    You can also dip in coconut aminos which mimic soy sauce.
